Due to confusion about the manufacturer's testing information, I bought a recliner which did not help solve, but aggravated my back pain. Going the extra mile to try to fix what was wrong, they worked on the issue. I believe the owner and the people working at the store are caring, reliable, and honest. When I need new furniture or appliances, I will be back!
